Sterlite Technologies Ltd Grants 1150130 options under Employee Stock Option Scheme

In terms of Sterlite Technologies Ltd's Employees Stock Option Scheme 2010 (ESOP 2010), 11,50,130 Options exercisable into equal number of fully paid-up equity shares of the Company, have been granted to Eligible Employees in the Meeting of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board held on January 28, 2016.

These stock options shall vest as per the vesting criteria and schedule approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board to be exercised over the exercise period as per the Stock Option Plans.
