Grasim Industries Ltd approves allotment of 1461657 Equity Shares on merger

Grasim Industries Ltd has announced the allotment of 14,61,657 Equity Shares under the Scheme of Amalgamation of Aditya Birla Chemicals (India) Limited (ABCIL) with Grasim Industries Limited.

Shares of GRASIM INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.3464.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3510.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2819 in over 801 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3550 and intraday low of 3453.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 9784549.
