Peerless Abasan files petition to obtain High Court sanction for amalgamation

Peerless Abasan Finance Ltd has announced that the company has filed a petition in the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta on September 19, 2006 to obtain sanction to a Scheme of Amalgamation of Shristi Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd with the Company.
