Dhar Textile declared sick unit by BIFR

Dhar Textile Mills Ltd has announced that the Company has been declared as a sick unit by BIFR.

Due to its sickness the Company is not in a position to declare any dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2006 of which Annual General Meeting is to take place on September 28, 2006.
