Phoenix Mills approves Allotment of Equity Shares to the QIBs

Phoenix Mills Ltd has announced that the "QIP Committee" of the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on August 06, 2007 has considered and approved allotment of 49,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs 2,000 per share (including premium of Rs 1,990 per equity share) for cash aggregating Rs 980,00,00,000/-.
