Jetking Infotrain AGM confirms 50% interim divided as final dividend

Jetking Infotrain Ltd has announced that the members at the 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 08, 2006, inter alia, have confirmed the Interim dividend at the rate of Rs 5/- per equity share of Rs 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2006 be treated as final dividend.
