Tinystep launches mobile first parenting social network

Tinystep serves a very fundamental need of parents, especially the moms; the need to connect, ask and share with other parents going through the same phase of life. This need is now bigger than ever due to two major changes in our society. Firstly, parents no longer live in joint families where they could take advice from experienced members. Secondly, and more importantly, parents are online and aware. When it comes to their children, parents believe each other more than they believe their mothers, random aunts or even the pediatricians.

While other parenting platforms are focusing on child service provider listing, accumulating reviews and rating, having brand partnerships, selling products, Tinystep stands out with its singular focus on developing the most seamless experience for parents to connect and share with other parents.

To facilitate casual conversations, Tinystep groups parents together in chat groups based on their child's month of birth. Parents can also ask questions anonymously in the open forum where other parents and even pediatricians answer. Parents can track the growth of their child and compare it with other children of the same age. To make the job of being a parent easier, Tinystep will soon launch a host of other features such as vaccination reminders, milestones tracking, etc.
