Cupid to expand production capacity at an outlay of Rs.6 Crores

Cupid Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 21, 2006, has decided to increase the existing production capacity of condom by 80 Million pcs p.a. at their plant at Sinnar, Nashik.

With this expansion, the installed Production capacity will increase by 50% from existing 160 million pcs to 240 million pcs p.a.

The Total Cost of the project is estimated at Rs 6 Crore. The Project Cost will be financed through internal accrual and borrowings.
