Jindal Stainless allots 729944 equity shares

Jindal Stainless Ltd has announced that the Company on August 03, 2007, has allotted 7,29,944 equity shares of Rs 2/- each upon conversion of 400 - 0.50% Convertible Bonds Due 2009 of US$ 20,00,000. Consequent upon conversion of convertible bonds, the paid up equity share capital of the Company has been increased from Rs 28,31,17,758/- to Rs 28,45,77,646/- divided into 14,22,88,823 equity shares of Rs 2/- each.
