GEE Ltd allots 200000 shares

GEE Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 03, 2007, has allotted 200000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 150/- and 100000 convertible equity shares warrant of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 165/- to Venkatesh Shelter Pvt Ltd on preferential basis.
