Siemens denies Bonus issue

With reference to the news item appearing in leading financial daily titled "Bonus Buzz at Siemens", Siemens Ltd has clarified BSE that the Company has neither made any declaration / statement on the announcement of Bonus shares. As a Matter of policy, the Company neither makes such speculative statements to anybody nor reacts to such queries from anybody. The Company also does not react to such baseless rumours.
