Pidilite Industries Ltd allots 12500 Shares under ESOS 2012

The ESOP Allotment Committee of Pidilite Industries Ltd at its meeting held on November 25, 2015 has, in accordance with the terms of ESOS-2012 Scheme, allotted 12,500 equity shares of face value of Re.1/- each in the share capital of the Company for cash at par to the eligible employees of the Company who exercised their stock option under ESOS - 2012. These shares shall rank pari passu, in all respects with the existing equity shares of the Company. After allotment of aforesaid equity shares, the share capital of the Company stands increased from 51,26,62,830 to 51,26,75,330.

Shares of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.543.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 544.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 14081 in over 500 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 546.55 and intraday low of 540.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 7646360.
