Snowcem India Ltd changes name to SIL Business Enterprises Ltd

Snowcem India Ltd. has annoucned that after obtaining necessary approvals as required under the Companies Act, 1956 - a) the name of the Company has been changed from Snowcem India Limited to SIL BUSINESS ENTERPRISES LIMITED effective September 18,2006. b) the Registered office of the Company is shifted from Killick Estate, Baji Pasalkar Marg, Chandivli, Mumbai 400072 to PLOT NO. 1 & 2, JIJAMATA NAGAR, NASIK ROAD 422 001.
