Gujarat Borosil AGM approves 10% dividend

Gujarat Borosil Ltd has announced that the members at the 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 22, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend @ 10 percent on Equity Shares of the Company of face value of Rs 5/- for the financial year ended on March 31, 2006.
