Flat Products AGM approves 10% dividend

Flat Products Equipments India Ltd has announced that the members at the 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 15 , 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of a Dividend of Rs 1.00 per share (10%) on equity shares.
