Muthoot Capital AGM approves 10% dividend

Muthoot Capital Services Ltd has announced that the members at the 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 26, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend @ Re 1 per share on Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid up.
