NIIT AGM approves Rs.6 Dividend

NIIT Ltd has announced that the members at the 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 17, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend of Rs 6/- per equity share of Rs 10 each on the equity share capital for the financial year April 01, 2005 to March 31, 2006.
