Uni Abex Alloy AGM approves 10% dividend

Uni Abex Alloy Products Ltd has announced that the members at the 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 17, 2006, inter alia, have approved the following:

Ratification & confirmation of Payment made towards arrears of preference dividend @ Rs 10/- on Preference shares from the date of the allotment to the year ended March 31, 2005.

Declaration of dividend @ 10% to the Preference shareholders of the Company holding fully paid Preference Shares of Rs 100/- each.

Declaration of dividend @ 10% to the Equity shareholders of the Company holding fully paid Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each.
