Axon Infotech amalgamate Kushal Software with company

Axon Infotech Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 18, 2006 has approved the Amalgamation of Kushal Software Ltd with the Company subject to necessary approvals / permissions. The Board has also approved the CA recommendation of swap ratio that is: 140 equity shares of the Company of Rs 10 each fully paid for every 100 equity shares of Kushal Software Ltd of Rs 1O each fully paid.
