McNally Bharat AGM approves 5% dividend

McNally Bharat Engineering Company Ltd has announced that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 20, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend at 5% i.e. 50 paise per share.

Approved the contribution of Rs 12,50,000/- to Rajiv Gandhi Foundation for charitable purposes.
