Gammon India to Pay 30% Dividend

Gammon India Ltd has announced that the Company will be paying the dividend @ 30% for the fifteen months period ended March 31, 2006 on and from October 12, 2006, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the 84th Annual General Meeting to be held on September 26, 2006.
