Shivalik Global Board approves Scheme of Amalgamation

Shivalik Global Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 20, 2006 has given its approval to the draft scheme of amalgamation of Shyam Tex International Ltd (a subsidiary of the Company) and also approved the valuation report along with Share Exchange Ratio.
