JBF Industries Ltd to allot warrants to Vaidic Resources Pvt Ltd

JBF Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 27, 2007, inter alia, has appointed Mr. N Balasubramanian, as an Additional Independent Director on the Company's Board.

Further the Company has informed that, the Board has decided to allot 52,00,000 warrants to M/s. Vaidic Resources Pvt. Ltd for which the Committee of Board of Directors is appointed and Meeting of the Committee of Board of Directors of the Company, will be held on July 31, 2007, to consider the said allotment for which Company has received In-principle approval from the stock exchanges.
