Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd allots 15 lakh shares

The Finance Sub Committee of the Directors of Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd in its meeting held on September, 28 2015 have allotted 15,00,000 Equity Shares to Mr. Gaurav Goel (7,50,000 Equity Shares) and Mr. Gautam Goel (7,50,000 Equity Shares) consequent upon exercise of conversion option of Equity Warrants @ Rs. 33 per equity shares by the aforesaid Equity Warrant holders, issued and allotted in terms of shareholders meeting held on March 26, 2014 under Chapter VII of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009.

Shares of DHAMPUR SUGAR MILLS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.29.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 29.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 57201 in over 441 trades.
