RCF AGM approves 10% dividend

Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd (RCF) has announced that the members at the 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 18, 2006, inter alia, have approved the payment of 10% dividend on the equity share capital.
