Mather & Platt Fire Board approves Scheme of Arrangement

Mather & Platt Fire Systems Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 20, 2006 has approved a Scheme of Arrangement to be entered between the Company and its Unsecured Creditors pursuant to Section 391 of the Companies Act, 1956 and other applicable law.

Further the Company has informed that, the Company is in the process of filing the Scheme with the stock exchanges and Honourable High Court of Bombay.
