A2Z Infra Engineering Ltd allots 1648000 shares

The Nomination & Remuneration Committee of A2Z Infra Engineering Ltd in its meeting held on September 17, 2015, has approved the allotment of 16,48,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each to the eligible Employees of the Company who have exercised their stock options under the A2Z Employee Stock Option Plan 2013. These shares are pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company, in all respects.

Consequent to the allotment, the paid up capital of the Company shall be Rs. 11,84,656,940/- divided into 11,84,656,94 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of A2Z MAINTENANCE & ENGINEERING SERVICES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.21.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 21.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 33423 in over 359 trades.
