ONGC members approve final dividend of 200%

Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC) has announced that the members at the 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 19, 2006, have approved the payment of Interim Dividend @ 250% paid in December, 2005 and Final Dividend @ 200%.

Further the Company has informed that, the Final Dividend as approved shall be paid on or after September 25, 2006.
