Multi Commodity Exchange of India Ltd announces exercise of Options under "MCX Employee Stock option Scheme - 2008"

The Compensation Committee has approved the exercise of 3,971 options equivalent of 3,971 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX) by the eligible employees. Accordingly, the MCX ESOP Trust has transferred the equity shares of MCX to the respective eligible employees on September 01, 2015.

There shall be no change in the issued, subscribed and paid up capital of MCX on account of the exercise of the aforesaid options.

Shares of MULTI COMMODITY EXCHANGE OF INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.947.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 993.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 44164 in over 4180 trades.
