Hatsun Agro AGM approves 8% dividend on preference shares

Hatsun Agro Product Ltd has announced that the members at the 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 19, 2006, inter alia, have passed the following resolutions:

1. Declaration of Pro-rata Dividend on 8% Non-Convertible Cumulative Redeemable Preference shares for the year ended March 31, 2006.

2. The Interim Dividend declared and paid for the year ended March 31, 2006 construed as final Dividend for the year ended March 31, 2006.
