Elder Pharmaceuticals to form Joint Venture in Ghana

Elder Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that the Company has been able to negotiate a Joint Venture with a local party in Ghana. The Joint Venture Company will manufacture pharmaceutical formulations which will be marketed in Ghana and nearby countries. The Company and the local Ghana party will have equal stake of 50% each in the Joint Venture Company. The Joint Venture agreement will be executed in due course of time.
