Intellect Design Arena Ltd allots 21300 Equity Shares under Associate (Employees) Stock Option Plan

The Directors of the Stakeholders' Relationship Committee of the Board of Directors of Intellect Design Arena Ltd vide its Circular Resolution dated August 17, 2015 has approved, the allotment of 21,300 shares to Six (6) associates under ASOP 2003 Scheme and the allotment of 25,600 shares to Seven (7) associates under ASOP 2011 Scheme.
