Jindal Poly Films AGM approves 20% dividend

Jindal Poly Films Ltd has announced that the members at the 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 08, 2006, inter alia, have approved the payment of dividend on 2% Redeemable Cumulative Preference Shares (Series I) for the financial year 2005-06.
