Snowman Logistics Ltd allots 27000 shares

The Stakeholders Relationship Committee of Snowman Logistics Ltd, at their meeting held on August 05, 2015 allotted 12,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to employee of the Company under the Snowman ESOP Scheme 2012 - 1st Grant (Exercise price - Rs. 10.60) and 15,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each have been allotted to employee of the Company under the Snowman ESOP Scheme 2012 - 3 Grant (Exercise price - Rs. 15.40).
