Patel Engineering members declare final dividend of 30%

Patel Engineering Ltd has announced that the members at the 57th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 18, 2006 have declared a final dividend of 30%. With the final dividend, the total dividend for FY 2005-2006 stood at 130% compared to 100% dividend declared last year.
