Modern Dairies Board approves 1:1 bonus issue

Modern Dairies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 23, 2007, inter alia, has recommended issue of One Bonus Share for every One Equity Share, subject to confirmation by the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
