Rathi Graphic Technologies Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 30, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. Consider / adopt the audited financial results for year ended March 31, 2007.

2. Consider / adopt the quarterly financial results for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2007.

3. Consider the expansion and diversification programmes of the Company.
