Atlas Cycles Board to recommend dividend

Atlas Cycles Haryana Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 30, 2007, to consider, approve and sign the Account of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007, and to recommend payment of dividend on equity shares of the Company for the year ended on the March 31, 2007.
