Millars India Board to consider dividend

Millars India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve Annual Report, Audited Balance Sheet & Books of Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007 and the Unaudited Financial Results (provisional) for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 and dividend.
