Shell Infotech Board to consider rights issue

Shell Infotech Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 28, 2007, inter alia, to:

1. Finalize accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. Call the Annual general Meeting of the share Holders.

3. Considering issue of rights to the existing share holders.
