Rolta India Board recommends Rs.5 dividend

Rolta India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 23, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a higher dividend of Rs 5.00 (USD 0.12) per share for the year ended June 30, 2007, as against Rs 4.00 (USD 0.09) per share in the previous year.
