Bombay High Court approves merger of Geodesic Information and Picopeta Simputers

Geodesic Information Systems Ltd has announced that Hon'ble High Court of Bombay has approved the scheme of merger of Picopeta Simputers Pvt Ltd, and edot Solutions India Pvt Ltd. To reiterate the Board of Directors of the Company had approved the scheme of merger in its meeting held on January 22, 2007.

For the purpose of obtaining consent of shareholders the Court has ordered to convene a meeting of the shareholders of the Company on August 17, 2007.
