Satra Properties India Board declares 10% interim dividend

Satra Properties India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 23, 2007, inter alia, has declared 1st Interim Dividend @ 10% i.e. Re 0.20 per share of the Face Value of Rs 2/- per share for the year 2O07-2008.
