Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd to issue NCDs worth Rs. 3500 crores on private placement basis

Pursuant to the approval of the Board of Directors and Shareholders, Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd proposes to issue Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures aggregating upto Rs.3500 crore (Rupees Three Thousand Five Hundred crore), on private placement basis.

Shares of RELIANCE INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.999.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 995.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 299237 in over 9014 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1008 and intraday low of 993.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 299733004.
