Manugraph India Board recommends final dividend

Manugraph India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 23, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of Re 1.00 per Equity Share of Rs 2/- each, subject to approval of members. Considering the interim dividend of Rs 2.00 per Equity Share of Rs 2/- each, total dividend for the year is Rs 3.00/- per Equity Share of Rs 2/- each.
