Solid Granites to issue shares on preferential basis to strategic investors

Solid Granites Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 16, 2006 has resolved to issue Equity Shares on Preferential basis to Strategic Investors at a price not less than the price prescribed under Guidelines for Preferential Issue contained in Chapter XIII of SEBI (Disclosure & Investor Protection Guidelines 2000) subject to necessary approvals, consents and sanctions as may be required.
