Suven Life Board to recommend dividend

Suven Life Sciences Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 31, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record the following:

1. To consider and approve the Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To recommend dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2007, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing AGM.

3. To announce Book Closure for the purpose of AGM and distribution of dividend.

4. To consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2007.
