IKF Technologies Board Meeting on Jul 31, 2007 to consider business plans

IKF Technologies Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 31, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following businesses:

1. To place, consider and take on record the unaudited results for the quarter ended June 30, 2007.

2. To consider the development of a portal that serves as an exchange for trading between the buyers and sellers of the biofuel, Jatropha seeds etc.

3. To consider and approve the joint venture agreement with USA's one of the biggest telecommunication Company, VOIP Telesystems Inc. to give a platform for hosting the services for calling card.

4. To consider and approve an agreement with Jobs Hut LLC USA for developing a Portal which will place the agencies, Companies and candidates on the same platform.

5. To discuss and consider the proposal for carrying out two 100% EOU projects in the registered office in Kolkata.

6. To consider Directors Report, approve and authorize for issue of Notice of Annual General meeting and fix the date, time and venue of Annual General Meeting of the Company.
