Sanwaria Agro Oils AGM approves stock-split

Sanwaria Agro Oils Ltd has announced that the members at the 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 15, 2006, inter alia, have approved the sub-division of existing fully paid -up Equity Shares of Rs 5/- each of the Company into fully paid -up Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each & consequential amendment in the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
