JK Tyre & Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To consider and take on record Unaudited Quarterly Financial Results for the third quarter ended June 30, 2007 of the Financial Year 2006-2007.

2. To consider issue of Capital.
